Please allow up to 3-7 business days for orders to ship. Orders placed on Sundays will process the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. If items are out of stock, you will be notified via email with an estimated delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note we do not have any control over customs fees or the length of time it may take your package to clear.

Your order may have import duties and taxes charged to it. This is decided by customs officials once a shipment reaches the destination country. You should contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Mantras + Miracles cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. We do take all necessary steps to clearly, accurately, and comprehensively label the package to ensure a smooth international shipping process through customs. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT are set by the destination country. Mantras and Miracles is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes, and VATs applied to your package.

You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Since TRACKING is NOT INCLUDED in International First Class Mail we can not guarantee the arrival of your package and can NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please upgrade to Priority International Mail which does offer TRACKING and INSURANCE.

International orders over $200 must upgrade to Priority.

RETURNS 

We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. Please take a look at our Testimonials page to read all our rave reviews from customers!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us for a refund or store credit within 14 days from the day you received your goods.

RETURNS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Mantras + Miracles will accept some items for a full refund if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

  • Obtain an approval confirmation by contacting us HERE with your intention to return, either for refund or exchange. We will then send you our return address. 
  • Repack the item in a box or padded envelope along with the receipt slip. 
  • All returns must be shipped with a tracking number via a major carrier at the customer's expense.

When we've received and processed your return, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless a manufacturing fault of our own.

We cannot accept returns on crystals. If a crystal arrives broken, please send us a photo and we will replace the crystal or refund you.

SALE items are considered a final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

M+M is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an item and will not except returns with signs of wearing or alterations.  

FAULTY ITEMS

We pride ourselves on exceptional quality, therefore manufacturing faults are rare. However, if you believe a piece of Mantras + Miracles Jewelry purchased from our online store is faulty, or breaks within 30 days of purchase, please contact us via email with a photo of the fault and your order number. We will either repair, replace or refund at our discretion. 

We do not refund, repair or replace damaged vintage jewelry. Vintage items will be excepted back for normal return within 14 days ONLY if it is in the same condition which you received it and without damage or additional wear. 

If a knotted or beaded item breaks, you may return it to us for repair. We will restring within 30 days of purchase free of charge. After 30 days a restringing fee will apply. 

Please note that stones and finishing can be irregular and colors do vary making each piece unique. Variations in gemstones are not considered defects or faulty manufacturing, but part of their natural beauty. 

Please note that vintage jewelry will always have imperfections and wear. We believe this makes it unique and special. If you do not like such style, please do not purchase vintage. 

Please note that jewelry that is damaged through wear and tear is also not considered faulty. 

Mantras + Miracles Jewelry purchased at one of our stockists should be returned to the store where the purchase was made, following their returns policy.
