You are not just a body

You are not just a body.⁣
Neither are you a spirit in a body.⁣
You are that which makes up both spirit and body.⁣
You are that which makes up everything in form.⁣
You are also no-form.⁣
You are nothingness appearing as form.⁣
You don’t need to move away from your body. It is god. ⁣
You and god are one.⁣
You and your body and your body and god and you and god are all the same thing.⁣
There is nothing you need deny.⁣
You could not get away from your god-self if you tried.⁣
You could search the world over and never find something higher or lower than you, never find something that is more or less holy than you. ⁣
You will only find you.⁣
You will find what you really are, appearing in a multitude of ways.⁣
Love your body because it is you.⁣
Love your spirit because it is you.⁣
Love all the things because they are you. ⁣
